Applies to: World Heritage Nonogram and the official website / Developer: Freshwind / Last updated: July 17, 2026

1. Introduction

Freshwind ("we", "our", or "us") respects the privacy of users of the mobile application World Heritage Nonogram (the "App") and its official website (the "Website"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and managed when you use the App or Website.

2. Information We Collect

The App and Website may collect the respective types of information described below.

(1) Device and Environment Information

During ordinary use of the App, Freshwind does not ask users to directly provide personally identifiable information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses. If you contact us for support, we may receive your email address and the contents of your inquiry.

(2) App Usage and Analytics Information

The App uses Firebase Analytics to collect the following information:

This information is used solely for the purpose of improving the App and enhancing user experience.

Opt-out of Analytics

The App provides an option in the settings screen to disable the sharing of anonymous usage statistics via Firebase Analytics. When this option is turned off, Freshwind's usage statistics will not be collected through Firebase Analytics. Advertising SDKs may still process data needed for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and ad quality monitoring in accordance with your consent choices.

(3) Website Analytics Information

The Website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and improve the Website. Google may receive information such as pages viewed, referring URLs, browser and device information, language, approximate region, and visit frequency.

For visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google Analytics is not loaded until the visitor provides consent. In other regions, analytics is enabled by default, but it can be disabled at any time through “Analytics settings” in the Website footer. The choice is stored in the browser's local storage.

Firebase Hosting determines whether consent is required based on the visitor's IP address. For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy.

(4) Crash and Error Information

The App uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect:

This information is used only to identify and fix issues and to improve app stability.

(5) Advertising Information

The App displays advertisements using Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and its mediation partners, including AppLovin, Liftoff Monetize (Vungle), and Unity Ads. The following information may be used for ad delivery:

Advertising identifiers such as IDFA or AAID may be processed by third-party SDKs, including Google Mobile Ads, for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and consent-based personalization. Freshwind does not directly collect these identifiers.

Unity Ads SDK is used for ad delivery and measurement. Separately, IronSource Ad Quality SDK is used as an ad quality monitoring service and may process device identifiers, ad impression and interaction data, performance data, and diagnostic data for ad quality monitoring, analytics, app functionality, measurement, and fraud prevention.

App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS devices, tracking is handled in accordance with App Tracking Transparency (ATT). Tracking-based advertising is enabled only with the user's consent. If consent is not given, non-personalized ads may still be shown.

3. Purpose of Use

Collected information is used for the following purposes:

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers optional in-app purchases, such as pack-specific purchases that hide full-screen ads shown after puzzle completion. All payments are processed through Apple or Google’s official payment systems. We do not collect or store credit card or payment information.

The App uses RevenueCat to verify purchase status, manage purchase entitlements, and restore purchases. For these purposes, RevenueCat and the App may process or store purchase-related information such as a RevenueCat App User ID, purchased pack IDs, product IDs, purchase or restore status, and locally stored purchase-state cache.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not share collected information with third parties except in the following cases:

Primary third-party services used by the App and Website include:

6. Consent in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

The App is distributed in the European Economic Area (EEA) and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

To operate, maintain quality, and deliver advertisements, the App requires the processing of analytics and advertising-related data.

If consent under GDPR is not provided, the App cannot be used.

Consent is obtained through Google’s Consent Management Platform (UMP), where users can review the information and choose whether to provide consent.

On the Website, visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown an analytics consent notice. Google Analytics is not loaded until consent is provided. The Website remains available if analytics consent is refused.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect collected information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

App data stored locally on the device is used only as necessary for app functionality and is not transmitted externally unless required. The Website stores the analytics consent choice in the browser's local storage. When Google Analytics is enabled, the Google tag may store cookies such as _ga on the Website's domain to distinguish users and sessions.

8. Children

The App and Website may be used by minors; however, they do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents or guardians are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy.
